In addition to her deep programmatic expertise, Meg brings strong skills in strategic planning, financial management, and team leadership. She has worked closely with the Department of Education and other city agencies, and brings firsthand insight as a parent of two students in NYC public schools.
TFFJ Board Co-Chair Randy Stern added: “Meg brings the clarity, creativity, and values-based leadership we were looking for in our next CEO. She’s joining an organization in motion, and we’re confident she’ll guide us forward with insight, energy, and purpose.”
“It’s an honor to join Teens for Food Justice at such a pivotal time,” said Meg. “TFFJ’s work sits at the intersection of so many things I care deeply about—public education, food justice, youth empowerment, and community health.
