Tracy Weldon serves as the Head of Marketing for BNY’s Data Solutions subsidiary, where she leads marketing strategy and programs in a rapidly evolving financial technology landscape. She has held previous marketing, strategy, and sustainability positions at BlackRock, Deloitte Consulting, and Delta Air Lines.
Outside of her professional work, Tracy is writing her first novel along with a compilation of short essays. She finds inspiration in New York City’s vibrant energy and often spends time walking through the city’s parks while listening to her favorite podcasts on history, current events, and business. These moments of reflection fuel her storytelling and broaden her perspective on the world.
Tracy’s early career began in nutrition and nonprofit management at Recipe 4 Success Foundation and the American Heart Association, working directly with community organizations to bootstrap grassroots advocacy initiatives.
She continues to carry a deep commitment to issues of health, access to nutritious food, financial empowerment, and sustainability. She believes that advancing these causes is essential to building stronger, more equitable communities.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from the University of Maryland and earned her MBA from Emory University, combining her academic foundation with her professional and personal passions to make a meaningful impact.
