“It’s important for kids to have quality meals, and so many of them eat the majority of their meals in the school, at the cafeteria. So if we can provide high quality produce to students and introduce them to better ways of eating and living, and we can do that right here on campus, I feel like we’re equalizing the system in a sense and giving students the very right that they’re entitled, which is quality, healthy food.”
