Favorite veggies: Green Beans and Spinach
Randolph Stern studied food science and holds a degree in Agriculture from Oregon State University. After living in New York City and now being mostly retired, he is using his expertise in science, the restaurant industry, real estate, and strategic planning to help low-income, Title 1 subsidized school children in New York City access better food and resources. Bringing TFFJ into these classrooms and communities is his way of giving back and providing the next generation with pathways to better health.
