Lucy is the District Partner Farmer-Educator at the TFFJ farm located at DeWitt Clinton Educational Campus.
Lucy is a farmer, educator, and explorer interested in learning about how people around the world farm and eat. After graduating with a degree in Zoology from the University of New Hampshire, she went to work with the Peace Corps as an agriculture volunteer in an indigenous region of Panamá. Since then, she has managed the agriculture department of a refugee resettlement nonprofit in Syracuse, New York and made wine in Oregon and New Zealand. Lucy strongly believes in food justice and loves teaching people about where their food comes from and how it can be transformed into wild and beautiful creations. In her free time, Lucy enjoys baking, reading, and all ocean activities.
