Amanda Everich is a creator, educator and program developer from The Bronx, New York. She has over 10 years of experience working with children, families and communities as a teacher, artist, organizer, facilitator, consultant, curriculum developer, and founder of forest school and creativity based education programs. She graduated from The City College of New York with a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature. Her education background is in Reggio Emilia approaches, training in NYC, Boston and Reggio Emilia, Italy, which focuses on empowerment through the arts, environmental advocacy, play, and project-based learning. Amanda’s farming and advocacy work was deepened by collaborating with various NYC community garden projects, her work with other organizers to rebuild and learn on farms in Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria, and as a student of Farm School NYC.
