Abby Avital

Abby is a farmer and educator with experience working on soil based vegetable farms, goat dairies, rooftop farms, and urban community gardens. She is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Food and Agriculture Policy from Vermont Law and Graduate School and is passionate about all things food systems. As a Farmer-Educator for TFFJ, she is excited to help inspire the new generation of food systems leaders. When she isn’t working with plants, she is making donuts for friends and climbing rocks.

Abby is the Farmer-Educator at the TFFJ farm located at Urban Assembly Unison School.
